Ingredients Needed:

  • Water
  • Cucumber
  • Limes
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice

How to Make Detox Water:

  1. Slice the cucumber. Slice the limes.
  2. Layer the cucumber slices and lime slices in a gallon pitcher. Squeeze in the juice of one lime.
  3. Gently crush the mint leaves in your hands and add to the pitcher.
  4. Add a cup or two of ice. Pour cold water over the top. Stir gently and refrigerate for several hours.
  5. Serve over crushed ice.

TIP: To get the most mint flavor, gently bruise the mint leaves before adding them to the pitcher.
