Wholesome, lightly sweet, and creamy, this fresh banana smoothie recipe is easy to whip up for an on-the-go breakfast or an afternoon boost.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Banana
  • Mango
  • 2% Milk (can substitute almond milk if preferred)
  • Ice
  • Honey (optional)
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

How to Make this Banana Smoothie:

  1. In a blender or large cup and a hand-held immersion blender, blend the banana, mango, milk, and ice until smooth and frothy.
  2. Add in honey and a splash of vanilla to taste. Blend until combined.
  3. Serve cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup ice crushed
  • 1 tablespoon honey more or less to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a blender or large cup using a hand-held immersion blender, blend the banana, mango, milk and ice until frothy.
  • Add the honey and vanilla and blend until smooth. 
  • Serve cold.
