How to Make Crock Pot BBQ Shredded Chicken:

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper. Arrange the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crock pot or slow cooker.
  2. Add the sliced onion and garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients, then pour the bbq sauce mixture over everything.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  5. Shred chicken using two forks and keep warm until time to serve.
